Introduction
KonnectSP helps structured settlement professionals organize settlement cases and prepare the paperwork faster. You upload a case’s documents, KonnectSP sorts them for you, and scouts produce annuity applications, policy checks, and letters from them.
Key ideas
Section titled “Key ideas”| Term | What it means |

| Case | One settlement. It holds the case details, files, claimants, and everything produced for it. |
| Files | The documents you upload to a case. KonnectSP recognizes each document’s type, such as a quote, an annuity policy, or a beneficiary form. |
| Claimants | The people in a case. KonnectSP finds them in the files and groups each person’s documents. |
| Scouts | Automations that prepare work for you, such as filling in a carrier’s annuity application. |
| Scout deliverables | What a scout produces. You can review, edit, and download it. |
| Ask AI | Ask questions about a case’s files and get answers in a chat. |
| Playground | A chat assistant for general settlement planning questions, available from any page. |
How it fits together
Section titled “How it fits together”- Create a case and upload its files.
- Check the Claimants tab to see each person’s documents.
- Run a scout to prepare an application, check a policy, or draft a letter.
- Review and download the result.
