About scouts
A scout reads the files in a case and prepares a document for you, such as a completed annuity application or a cover letter. What a scout produces is called a deliverable. You review each deliverable before you use it.


Available scouts

A scout becomes available when the case has the documents it needs. The Claimants tab shows which documents each claimant has.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- Upload the case documents and wait until their status is Ready.
- For letters, make sure your signature is set up in your profile and your organization details are complete in Organization.
