Highlights of recent updates to KonnectSP, newest first.

Navigation: A Help section in the sidebar links to Documentation and What’s New. A dot on What’s New shows when there are updates you have not seen.
Funding requests: KonnectSP emails you a link when a funding request letter you started is ready.
Funding requests: The Premium due date in the letter is now 7 days before the date in the carrier’s quote, not 7 days after. Existing letters do not change. See Funding requests.
Annuity applications: The Puritan Life Insurance Company of America non-qualified application uses the carrier’s updated form, which has room for up to 3 beneficiaries.
Annuity applications: In the Puritan qualified application, you can choose the plan type. Qualified Structured Settlement is selected by default.
Ask AI: Messages can be up to 20,000 characters. If a message fails, Ask AI shows a readable error instead of raw text.
Files: A Word or Excel file that is a copy of one already in the case, such as a copy synced again from SharePoint, is no longer added twice.
Integrations: Large files in a connected SharePoint library now sync without timing out.
Coined prompts: Each prompt in the list has View, Edit, and Delete icons, and editing opens in a dialog. A new prompt you are writing is kept while you edit another one. See Coined prompts.

Playground: Press Play is now called Playground. It still opens from the sidebar or with ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows). See Playground.
Playground: You can attach documents to a chat (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG, or PNG, up to 10 MB each and 100 pages per chat). You can send your message once Playground finishes reading them.
Ask AI: Long links and other unbroken text in your messages now wrap to fit the chat panel.

Press Play: A new chat assistant for settlement planning questions opens from the sidebar or with ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows). See Playground.
Funding requests: Create funding requests for up to 4 cases at once from the Scouts page. See Funding requests.
Claimants: Quotes & Proposals replaces Quotes and groups files as locked-in quotes, quotes, and proposals. You can change a file’s quote type. See Review claimants.
Annuity applications: Added the Puritan Life Insurance Company of America qualified application.
Ask AI: Admins can add, edit, and remove the suggested prompts in Settings.
Letter templates: Switching between Write and Preview, or saving an edited letter, no longer adds extra backslashes to the text.

Funding requests: A new scout writes the funding request letter to the defense attorney or adjuster for the whole case, with adult and minor versions. See Funding requests.
Letter templates: Admins can customize the funding request templates in Settings. Letters now include the signer’s name and signature.
Claimants: The Claimants tab shows when KonnectSP is still identifying claimants, and Run Scout becomes available when grouping is complete.
Annuity applications: Attach beneficiary form is available only for carriers that accept a separate beneficiary form.
Case Detail Configuration: Admins can duplicate a section, including all of its fields.
Profile: You can add a profile picture (JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB).
Cases: The case number now saves correctly when you create or edit a case.
