Usage

Your plan includes a number of document pages that KonnectSP can read in each billing period. Every page of each PDF or Word file you upload to a case counts toward this limit, once per file. Other file types, such as spreadsheets and images, do not count.

  • Page Usage shows the pages used, the plan limit, and whether you are Within plan limits, Approaching limit, or Over limit.
  • Billing Period shows the current period, when the page count resets, and your plan limit.

If you expect to exceed your limit, an admin can change the plan with Manage Subscription in Stripe on the Profile tab.
